We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for standard events, and 3–6 months ahead for large festivals or weddings. Peak season (May–October) fills up quickly — the sooner you reach out, the better.
Yes. We cover events nationwide and can arrange travel for productions anywhere in the US. International events are available on a case-by-case basis. Travel costs are included transparently in your quote.
Our inventory includes professional-grade PA systems (JBL, QSC, d&b audiotechnik), digital mixing desks (Yamaha CL/QL series, Allen & Heath), wireless microphone systems, and full monitor setups. We match the rig to your venue and crowd size.
Edited photos are delivered within 48 hours of the event. Highlight video reels take 72 hours. Full-length productions (30+ minutes) are typically ready within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
